First Aid Training That Builds Real Confidence

First aid training should prepare people to act, not simply help them pass an assessment.

At AWE Training, our courses combine clear instruction, realistic scenarios and practical exercises. Learners are encouraged to take part, ask questions and practise essential skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Our instructors bring genuine medical knowledge and real world experience into the classroom. This allows them to explain not only what action should be taken, but why that action matters and how learners can remain calm when faced with an emergency.

By the end of their course, learners should leave feeling more confident, more capable and better prepared to help someone when every second counts.

Does Your Business Have the Right First Aid Provision?

Under the Health and Safety First Aid Regulations 1981, employers are responsible for providing adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and people so employees can receive immediate attention if they become injured or unwell at work.

Your assessment should consider matters such as:

  • The hazards and risks within your workplace
  • The number of employees
  • Previous accidents and incidents
  • Working patterns and shift coverage
  • Employees who travel or work remotely
  • The distance from emergency medical services
  • Annual leave and unexpected absences
  • Members of the public, contractors and visitors
